Cargo Bike Revolution is a unique event that showcases different types of cargo bikes used for transporting goods, people, for leisure, cycling tourism or work.

The 2021 edition of the Velo-city Conference is set to take place in Lisbon, Portugal from 6-9 September 2021 under the theme Cycle Diversity. Velo-city 2021 Lisboa will revolve around the creation of inclusive, cycle-friendly environments that are accessible to cyclists of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and genders.

Las cargo bikes o bicicletas de carga están específicamente diseñadas para transportar carga, ya sea pesada o ligera, grande o pequeña. Este tipo de bicis van desde las de dos ruedas con carga delantera o trasera, hasta los triciclos de carga o los de cuatro ruedas de construcción personalizada con motor eléctrico.

Aunque han sido utilizadas durante más de un siglo, las innovaciones recientes en cuanto a diseño y baterías han hecho que los modelos actuales sean mucho más eficientes y accesibles.

Cargo Bike Revolution is a unique event that will showcase the different uses of cargo bikes: for goods logistics, for moving people, for fun, cycle tourism and work.

Launched for the first time in 2019 by a group of cycling associations and young enthusiasts, the event is the yearly cargo bikers' festival that is quickly becoming the official gathering for cargo bike users.
